Shipping Policy and Information

Monkforest is committed to deliver your order accurately in good condition and always on time. We believe in express shipping and most of your order is shipped within 24 hours once the order is placed except on weekend or on public holidays. We deliver to all the locations across the world. Charges of shipping shall be informed if they shall be levied after the order has been placed.

Shipping Restriction

Any items notified by delivery company to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time (including but not limited to ingredients in the product may /may not be permitted in the country).

Delivery commitment

All domestic orders are shipped by delivery company between 10am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. It takes maximum of 7 days for national shipping.

All international orders are shipped by the custoner’s chosen delivery method. It takes a maximum of 30 days for international shipping, irrespective of the chosen method. International shipping will be communicated and updated via email.

Taxes and Duties

For Indian Customers, GST will be charged as specified. For international customers we send the package as a personal use item only but if the customs are applied for that country it needs to be paid by the, Monkforest shall not take the return if the customer fails to pay the customs and, in that event,, the courier company returns the product to us. Company is not responsible for any Custom duties. The information about customs if applied will be informed to customer via email/phone.

Goods & Services Tax

How is the GST amount decided?

Following rules will govern whether or not additional GST will be applicable on the products purchased by you:

GST applicability: A total of 18% on the MRP will be applicable, GST may be collected from customer in addition to product price, after discounts. The discounts include those resulting from special offers such as Buy 1 Get 1 and similar offers.

Customs or VAT charges

If customer’s country demands custom charges or VAT charges at the port of entry or through courier company, the customer will be liable to make the payment to receive the said order.

Refund and Cancellation

Order once dispatched cannot be cancelled. However, the product may be returned if the customer receives it in a damaged condition. The product must be returned in its original packaging, and must inform Monkforest via Contact us page regarding the return. In such scenarios, Monkforest, at no extra charge will resend another product of the same or equivalent type.

No refunds will be provided for international shipping.
